Ingredients

  • 5 large baked potatoes
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 7 cups skim milk
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 12 slices bacon,cooled and crumbled
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step 1

Bake potatoes, peel and chop. Melt butter and add flour. Stir until smooth. Gradually add milk, stir constantly. Add potatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Heat until cheese is melted.
