Bean Dip

Make sure everyone knows when this dip is ready to eat becaue it won't last long on the table. People have been known to hover over the island until the very last drop is gone. Serve with white tortilla chips and watch it disappear before your eyes. An Elias family staple at all family functions! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can Brook's Mild Chili Beans, with juice
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a round quiche dish in a thin, even layer. Spread beans, including the juice, on top of the cream cheese. Then, layer the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
Microwave on high until the cheese begins to melt, usually a couple of minutes.
