Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 cup parsley, firmly packed
  • 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon walnut oil
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 8 walnuts, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor, add the parsley, garlic, walnuts, salt and pepper. Pulse the processor until all the ingredients are blended, scraping the sides of the bowl as often as possible. Total blending time will be about 20 seconds.

With the machine running, drizzle in the oils and the wine into the feed tube until all the liquids have been used.

Serve over pasta.
