Ingredients

• Cocktail Size
• 1 oz Polar Ice Vodka
• 4 oz frozen concentrated limeade*
• 2 oz lychee juice or lychee nectar
• blueberries
• mint sprig

• 13 oz (375 mL) Polar Ice Vodka
• 40 oz (5 cups) frozen concentrated limeade*
• 16 oz (2 cups) lychee juice or lychee nectar
• blueberries
• mint sprigs

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Polar Ice Vodka, frozen concentrated limeade* and lychee juice or lychee nectar.

2. Stir until chilled and strain into a short Martini glass.

3. Garnish with blueberries and a mint sprig.


*Subtract one less can of water than listed on limeade package.

Make Ahead Directions
1. To a pitcher, add Polar Ice Vodka, frozen concentrated limeade*, lychee juice or lychee nectar and ice.

2. Stir until chilled and strain into short Martini glasses.
