  • 2 packets/scoops (24g ea) Yoli Essential Protein Shake powder (Vanilla bean flavor)
  • 2/3 cup Raw Honey
  • 2/3 cup Natural peanutbutter
  • 2 cups Gluten-free Old Fashioned Oatmeal

Preparation

Step 1

Put peanut butter and honey in a heavy saucepan and heat on low until thoroughly combined and becomes a thick liquid consistency. Mix in the packets/scoops of Yoli protein powder until combined. Mix in oats and stir until all ingredients are combined well. Press into 8"x8" square glass pan. Cover and let set overnight. Cut into 12 serving size bars. Each bar has 135 calories, 9g protein, 14g total carbohydrate, & 4 g fiber. You can increase ingredients to 3 packets, 1&1/2 cups, 1&1/2 cups, & 3 cups to make a 9"x13" pan.
Can also add in dried fruit and/or nuts for added benefits. We also change the recipe a little by using Almond butter with the Vanilla Bean Yoli shake powder or Chocolate natural peanut butter with the chocolate Yoli shake powder and carob chips on top.
