- 1 cup white flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 cup milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Put flours and cheese into food processor. pulse to mix. Add butter and milk. mix well. Turn out onto a floured surface and roll out to 1/4" thickness.Poke with tines of fork and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese.. OR; drop by teaspoons onto a cookie sheet covered with a non-stick foil. Bake for 15-20 or until golden brown. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. If making the drop biscuits, only bake for 8-10 minutes.
