Toffee Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3 cups oats
• 1 8 oz package toffee chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, eggs, and sugar thoroughly.

Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and mix well.

Stir in oats and chips.

Drop teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes
