  • 1 c. soft butter, oleo
  • 1 c. confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. ground pecans
  • 1 T. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Mix on lowest speed until dough forms and becomes lighter in color. Shape into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Do not brown. Roll arm cookies in confectioners' sugar.
