Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raw rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup corn flakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook rice. Mix rice with soup, mayo, celery, onion, lemon juice and salt. Fold in chicken. Place in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix corn flakes and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Top with almonds. Bake 30 minutes.
