Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 C flour
- 2 T sugar
- 1/2 C nuts
- 1/2 C nuts
- 1/2 C butter
- dash salt
- Filling:
- 3 egg yolks beaten (use whites in topping)
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 3 1/2 C rhubarb
- 1/2 C cream or evaporated milk
- 3 T flour
- Topping:
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 C sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix crust and pat into 8 X 10 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Combine Filling ingredients in pan, cook til thick. Place on top of crust.
Combine 3 topping ingredients. Place on filling and bake 10 minutes at 425.
