Ingredients
- 12 sllices of bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
- 1 cup, shredded natural Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup, chopped onion
- 2 cups, milk
- 1 cup, Bisquick baking mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 in. quiche dish or pie plate, 10x1 1/2 in. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 sec. in blender on high or 1 min. with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35-40 min. Cool 5 min.
