Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew meat
- 1 chorizo, chopped
- 2 large yellow onions, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 2/3 cup beef broth
- diced avocado for topping

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef, chorizo and onion in a large pot. Drain fat. Add garlic and spices.
Stir in tomatoes and beef broth, and simmer for one hour (you could also transfer to a crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours).
Top with avocado and serve.
