- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 handful dried cherries and dried blueberries
- 1 handful raw almonds
- 1 spoonful of cinnamon
- 1 spoonful of flax seed or wheat germ
- 3/4 cup boiling water

Preparation
Step 1
Put oatmeal, dried cherries, blueberries, almonds, cinnamon, and flax seed into a cereal bowl. Add 3/4 cup boiling water and cover bowl with a plate. Let sit for a couple minutes, then stir and eat!
