Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 C chicken, cooked and cut into small pieces
- 1 C rice, cooked
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 3 TBS onion, chopped
- 2 C celery, diced
- 2 TBS lemon juice
- 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 C potato chips, crushed
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except chips in a large bowl. Mix well.
Place in 2-quart baking dish
Cover with crushed potato chips
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a preheated 350 F oven.
