Cheese in a Blanket

Ingredients

• 2 tubes crescent rolls
• 8 mozzarella string cheese sticks - cut in half
• 3/4 C marinara sauce
• 1 C parmesan cheese, shredded
• 32 pieces pepperoni or salami

Preparation

Step 1

unroll crescent rolls so that you have 16 triangles
top each triangle w/ marinara sauce & sprinkle w/ 1TBL parmesan cheese
lay 1-2 slices pepperoni or salami at the wide end of triangle
lay mozzarella stick on wide end of triangle & roll crescent dough
around cheese stick from wide to narrow end.
Place on parchment-lined cookie sheet
bake @375 for 15 min to an internal temp of 165F or until crescent rolls
are browned & cheese starts to melt.
