6 bone-in pork chops (5 oz. each), 1/2 inch thick
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
2 large onions, sliced
1 Tbsp. oil
1 jar (12 oz.) pork gravy

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

COAT chops with coating mix as directed on package; place in 13x9-inch pan.

TOSS onions with oil; place over chops.

BAKE 30 min. Top with gravy; cover. Bake 15 min. or until chops are done (160ºF).
