Ingredients
- 8 oz blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 C olive oil (or less)
- 2 Tbl red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbl lemon juice
- 1/2 C red onion, chopped
- 1/2 C fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and spread into shallow dish. Refrigerate at least one hour or up to two days. Serve with baguette slices, crackers or fresh vegetables.
Makes 1.5 Cups, serves 8.
