Ingredients

• 1/2 cup, milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup, flour
• 1/2 stick, butter

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and milk, together and add flour (mixture will be lumpy). In an iron skittet, melet the butter. Add the mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min. or until golden. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
