Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef
- 1 med onion diced
- 1 28 ounce can of tomatoes
- 2 cups of water
- 3 cans of consommé
- 1 can of tomato soup
- 4 carrots chopped finely
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 sticks of celery
- parsley
- ½ tsp thyme
- 8 tbsp barely
- 1 clove grated garlic
- 2 potatoes diced into bite size pieces
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Brown ground beef and drain. Fry onions and garlic until soften and slightly browned. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for at least one hour.
