Ingredients

  • medium head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup french dressing
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 - 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 15 oz can kidney beans, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 7-8 oz tortilla chips, crushed lightly

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine lett, onion, green pepper and tomato in big bowl. Refridgerate. Combine may , dressing, milk, taco mix in another bowl refridgerate.

2. Brown beef and drain. Stir in kidney beans and let cool slightly. Combine veggies with ground beef and add cheese. Toss with dressing. Add chips before eating.
