  • 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tblsp horseradish
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 can tiny shrimp
  • 1/2 c. tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 c. scallions
  • 1/2 c. black olives
  • 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
  • Ritz crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients and spread in pie plate.

Dice vegetables and sprinkle on top.

Top with cheese.

Serve with crackers.
