Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix lightly but touroughly. Shape meatloaf mixture into a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes or until meatloaf is medium done, when the meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.

Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
