Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 10 to 12 lb. brisket(fat trimmed)
- 2 Tbsp. Seasoned salt
- 2 Tbsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. onion salt
- For Brisket:
- 1/2 cup liquid smoke
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- small bottle of BBQ sauce

Step 1
To prepare the brisket: punch holes all the way through the brisket with a knife on the top side of the meat.(leave fat side on the bottom) Rub marinade all over the top of the meat. Prepare large pan with heavy duty foil. Place brisket in foil in pan fat side down. Then pour on liquid smoke and worchestershire sauce over meat and seal with foil.
Marinate over night.
Next day cook for 6 hours at 200F. (leaving foil sealed from night before)
Then for 30 min. cook with foil open after pouring one small bottle of BBQ sauce over the top. Cook at 400 F.
