Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C flour
- pinch of salt
- dash nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450
Spray 8" X 8" pan
Add butter to pan, put pan in oven
When butter is sizzling pour batter in quickly using a swirly motion.
Bake 20-25 minutes or til golden brown and fluffy
Cut into large squares, add butter and syrup
Serve with sausage
