Ingredients
- Pumpkin Bars:
- 4 eggs
- 1 c oil
- 1 2/3 c sugar
- 15 oz can pumpkin
- 2 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1 t salt
- 1 t baking soda
- Frosting:
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c confectioner's sugar

Step 1
Pumpkin Bars:
In a mixer, beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda. Mix well. Spread batter in ungreased 15x10x1" baking pan.
Bake 350 for 25 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese and cut into bars.
Frosting:
Cream together cream cheese and butter. Stir in vanilla. Add confectioner's sugar, a little at a time and beat until smooth.
