Ingredients
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 pound green beans
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- dried red pepper flakes, to taste (or use Siracha)
- 3 tbsp chile sauce
- 1/2 pound firm tofu (or substitute shrimp, chicken, scallops)
- 2 tbsp dark sesame oil
- 1 tbsp reduced-salt soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil and add garlic and ginger, cook until softened, about 1 minute. Add veggies and sauté until softened, about 4 minutes.
Add broth, chili sauce, soya sauce, and crushed pepper (or Siracha). Bring to a boil and add tofu and cook for another minute.
Serve with chopped fresh coriander or parsley.
