• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
• 1 c. milk
• 3 eggs
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Carmelize sugar in bottom of round cakepan over direct heat.

Combine next 6 ingredients in blender; process at high speed 15 seconds. Pour over sugar; cover pan with foil, and bake in hot water bath at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until tests clean.

Cool and refrigerate.
