Ingredients
- 4 Tbs. butter, softened
- 8 Tbs. shredded Parmesan
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 Tbs. mayo
- 8 slices sourdough
- 2 1/2 c. prepared tuna fish salad
- 8 slices Cheddar
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the butter and Parmesan in a small bowl. Spread on one side of each slice of bread. Grill or broil for 2 minutes or until toasted and golden. Cook bacon until crisp. Spread the mayonnaise lightly on each of the non-toasted sides of bread. Scoop 1/3 c. tuna fish on each piece. Place two slices of bacon on top. Place a slice of cheese on the remaining 4 slices of bread. Broil all 8 slices until the cheese is melted. Place the tomato slices on top.
