Versatile Cookies Basic Recipe

This dough can be adjusted and modified to fit any flavor or idea. Enjoy

Ingredients

• 1/4 C butter or margarine
• 1 1/2 C sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 tsp lemon extract
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 C milk
• 3 1/2 C flour

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 F until golden brown.

Instead of lemon extract-use any other desired flavoring (almond, vanilla, chocolate, etc.).

Add other ingredients for variations as desired (food coloring, nuts, raisins, coconut, candies, etc.)
