  • 2 pounds sliced thin potatoes
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint of sour cream
  • 3/4 cup of chopped onions
  • 8 ounces of cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups of corn flakes mixed with 1/2 stick of melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients together and 1/2 of the cheese (4 ounces). Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Add the other 1/2 of cheese and corn flake mixture, bake covered for 45 minutes.
