Ingredients

1 pkg (18 1/2 oz) yellow cake mix
5 Cups diced fresh or frozen rhubarb
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup heavy cream

Step 1

Mix cake as instructed on pkg. pour batter into greased 9X13 pan. Spread rhubarb over batter. Sprinkle with sugar. Pour cream over top. Do not mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done.
