Ingredients
- Chocolate Topping:
- 2 boxes French Vanilla pudding
- 1 box Graham Crackers
- 1 (8oz) tub Cool Whip
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 tsp light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 tsp butter
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp milk

Preparation
Step 1
Butter bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Mix pudding per package directions then combine with cool whip. Layer in baking dish as follows: graham crackers, pudding, graham crackers, pudding etc. End with a layer of crackers and cover with chocolate topping.
Chocolate Topping:
Melt 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate per pkg directions. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread over top cracker layer of dessert. Refrigerate uncovered for 2 days.
