Ingredients
- 20 to 24 Fresh Mushrooms (Large/about 1 lb)
- 1 C Italian Salad Dressing
- 3/4 C Breadcrumbs-Divided (soft - I use
- plain bread crumbs from grocery store)
- 1 6 oz can of Crabmeat, drained/flaked
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/4 C Mayonnaise
- 1/4 C Onion, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh Lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels. Remove stems. Combine mushroom caps and Italian dressing; cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Drain WELL.
Combine 1/2 C breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients; stir well. Spoon crabmeat mixture into mushroom caps, and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 C breadcrumbs. Place in an large baking dish; Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. If desired place a small piece of muenster cheese on top. :) Yummy
