Cake Mix Waffles

Ingredients

• 1 box Betty Crocker, Super Moist cake mix (any flavor)
• 1 1/3 cups water
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Heat waffle maker. If your waffle maker doesn't have a non-stick surface, you will need to brush with vegetable oil or spray with a cooking spray.

Prepare cake batter following box directions, but using the ingredients listed above.

Pour batter onto center of hot waffle maker. Close lid and bake 3-5 minutes or until steaming stops. Remove waffle.

Serve warm or cold with toppings of your choice.
