Ingredients

  • 1/2 cooked shrimp, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 c shredded pork
  • 1/3 c shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 c bean sprouts
  • 1/3 c shredded carrots
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • dash of red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cornstarch and water. set aside. Mix all other ingredients except wrappers. Place wrapper on a flat surface and add mixture. Fold up sides, then roll up, sealing with cornstarch.

Fry on medium heat for 8 minutes.

Makes 6 rolls.
