Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes
- 3/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
Peel, cube & cook potatoes. Once cooled enough mash potatoes until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients , except the butter and mix well.
Put in 9 x 13 dish that has been sprayed with Pam
Melt butter and add drops to top of prepared potatoe.
Cook at 350 for 40 minutes.
* You can add 1 cup of cheese to mix if desired. Also this dish can be prepared ahead of time and just bake it when ready to use.
