Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. cooking sherry
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin or chicken, sliced thinly

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or ziplock bag and marinate for 10 minutes or up to one hour.
In a 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tsp. oil until smoking. Add the pork or chicken, break up any clumps, and cook until lightly browned.
Add stir fry sauce and vegetables and cook through.
