Tex Mex Dip

Ingredients

• 3 ripe avocados
• 2 T lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1 c sour cream
• 1/2 c mayonnaise
• 1 pkg taco seasoning
• 2 small cans of bean dip
• 1 large bunch of green onions, chopped
• 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
• 1 can pitted ripe olives, chopped
• 1 8 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 large bag of tortilla chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mash avocados in a bowl with lemon juice, salt and pepper
Com one sour cream,mayo, and taco mix in a bowl
Spread bean dip on large platter, top with avocado mixture. Layer with sour cream and taco mixture. Sprinkle with onions,tomatoes, and olives. Cover with cheese. Chill and serve with chips.
