Taco Bake

• 1 pkg deluxe macaroni & cheese dinner
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
• 3/4 cup sour cream
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
• 1 cup salsa

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare dinner as directed on package. While macaroni is cooking, cook meat with taco seasoning as directed on the package.

2. Stir sour cream into prepared dinner; spoon half the dinner mixture into an 8" square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with layers of meat mixture, 1 cup shredded cheese and remaining dinner mixture; cover.

3. Bake for 15 mins; top with salsa and remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 5 mins more or until cheese is melted.
