- 2 lbs frozen Hash Browns
- 1 500ml carton sour cream
- 2 Tins cream of mushroom soup
- Grated onion and salt to taste
- 2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
- Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Thaw potatoes slightly for easier mixing. Mix first 6 ingredients in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1.5 hours
