- 12 CUPS SPINACH
- 6 CUPS GREEN LEAF LETTUCE
- 2/3 CUPS THIN SLICED RED ONION
- 1/2 CUP FRIED BACON
- 3 SMALL PEARS
- 3/4 CUPS (ROAST PLAIN BEFORE PUTTING INTO SEASONING)
- 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER MELTED
- 1 TEASPOON CHOPPED ROSEMARY
- 1 TEASPOON CURRY POWDER
- 1 TEASPOON BROWN SUGAR
- 1/2 TEASPOON KOSHER SALT
- 1/8 TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER
- DRESSING:
- 3 TABLESPOONS WHITE SUGAR
- 3 TABLESPOONS DIJON MUSTARD
- 2 TABLESPOONS HONEY
- 3 TABLESPOONS SESAME SEEDS
- 1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
- 1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
- KOSHER SALT & PEPPER

Step 1
PUT CASHEWS ON BAKING SHEET AND ROAST 8-10 MINUTES AT 400 DEGREES
MIX REST OF INGREDIENTS IN BOWL AND MIX IN CASHEWS.
PUT CASHEWS INTO GREENS AND MIX IN DRESSING. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
