  • 1/2 CUP FRIED BACON
  • 3 SMALL PEARS
  • 3/4 CUPS (ROAST PLAIN BEFORE PUTTING INTO SEASONING)
  • 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER MELTED
  • 1 TEASPOON CHOPPED ROSEMARY
  • 1 TEASPOON CURRY POWDER
  • 1 TEASPOON BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/2 TEASPOON KOSHER SALT
  • 1/8 TEASPOON CAYENNE PEPPER
  • DRESSING:
  • 3 TABLESPOONS WHITE SUGAR
  • 3 TABLESPOONS DIJON MUSTARD
  • 2 TABLESPOONS HONEY
  • 3 TABLESPOONS SESAME SEEDS
  • 1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
  • 1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
  • KOSHER SALT & PEPPER

Preparation

Step 1

PUT CASHEWS ON BAKING SHEET AND ROAST 8-10 MINUTES AT 400 DEGREES
MIX REST OF INGREDIENTS IN BOWL AND MIX IN CASHEWS.
PUT CASHEWS INTO GREENS AND MIX IN DRESSING. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
