Ingredients
- 3 cups rhubarb, cut up
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup butter
Details
Cooking time 40mins
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 3 ingredients together and place in greased
6 x 6 pan.
Combine brown sugar, rolled oats and flour. Cut in shortening and butter. Sprinkle over top of rhubarb.
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
