Ingredients
- 1 TBS butter
- 1 TBS flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1.5 oz grated Swiss or Gruyere cheese
- .5 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp mild prepared mustard, preferably of the Dijon type

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat and add the flour, stirring with a whisk. Return to a moderate heat. Add the milk gradually, stirring the mixture constantly until the sauce is thickened. Add remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 2 servings. Each serving = 6 Weight Watchers points.
