Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb pork sausage
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 tbsp salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp sweet basil
- 1/2 tearing rosemary leaves
- 1 can tomato paste (12 oz)
- 1 can tomato soup (10-12 oz)
- Pork sausages or chops/ribs (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef, pork sausage and onion in dutch oven. Add the rest of the ingredients. Add water to fill. Simmer on low heat for 4 hours. Allow to cool on stove top, then store in refrigerator overnight. Scrape solidified fat from top of gravy.
