Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- a pinch of unrefined sea salt
- a bit of crushed red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Let the whole thing sit on the countertop and “marinate” while the broccoli thaws. You can eat it cold or at room temperature and it is probably my favorite way in the whole world to eat broccoli. Steam it or pop in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Never cook frozen veggies in water.
