Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sake
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/12 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp minced green onion
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 6-oz wild caught Salmon Fillets, Skin on

Step 1
1. Whisk together Soy sauce, sake, honey, ginger, green onion, and sesame oil, Pleas Salmon fillets in reseal able plastic bag, pour in marinade and
refrigerate 30 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Place salmon skin side down on foil lined baking sheet (alternate method prepare 2 - 12x18” pieces of foil spray lightly with no stick spray place Salmon in the middle and fold into baking packet) Roast 13-17 Minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets, Slide spatula between
salmon and skin, Skin may stick to the foil, you want to lift salmon off skin,
serve with side(s) of you choice
