Ingredients

  • 4 lbs Ground Beef
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup BreadCrumbs
  • 1 Pkg. Onion Soup Mix
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1-1/2 cup Feta Cheese (Crumbled)
  • 4 tbsp Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 12 oz. Spinach (Chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

1.) Mix all items except for the Feta, Tomatoes, Spinach & 2 tbsp Ketchup

2.) Combine Feta & Tomatoes into Mixing Bowl

3.) Cover cutting board with wax paper & Shape meat mixture in 6x10" rectangles

4.) Sprinkle Cheese mixture over meat shapes, stay 1" away from edges.

5.) Place spinach leaves over

6.) Roll tightly using wax paper

7.) Spread Ketchup over

8.) Slow Cook for 5 hours on high.
