Ingredients
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 oz passion fruit syrup
- 1 1/2 oz white Puerto Rican rum
- 1 1/2 oz aged Jamaican rum
- no substitution
- Dash Angostura bitters
- 6 drops (1/8 tsp) Pernod
- 1 tsp ral pomegranate grenadine (I use homemade hibiscus grenadine)
- 6 oz (3/4 cup) crushed ice.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine your ingredients in a blender. Blend for about 5 seconds on high and then pour into a tall glass. Add ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
Dissolve your sugar in lemon and/or lime juice. Shake your ingredients together with crushed ice and pout into your glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
