  • 5-6 russet potatoes julienned
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 T coconut oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400.
Pan fry the potatoes in the oil for about 5 minutes on medium-high heat.
Transfer them onto a greased or lined baking sheet and bake for about an hour. Shake the pan every 15 minutes or so to get them to cook evenly.
Feel free to add extra salt and garlic at the end to suit your taste.
