  • 1/3 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups milk or half-n-half
  • grated nutmeg

Step 1

Melt the white chocolate in a small, heavy saucepan over very low heat, stirring often. Stir in the coffee and vanilla until smooth.

Add the milk, increase heat to medium, and heat until the mixture is quite hot but not boiling. Pour mixture into a blender and whirl until frothy. Pour into two cups and grate nutmeg over the top.
